MECHAZILLA - Brazil

Brazil, Alto Caparaó
Varietal: Red Catuai
Process: Pulped Natural
Altitude: 900 - 1100 masl

Caparaó is one of the “new” micro-regions of Brazil that surround the Pico da Bandeira National Park - a mountain range whose highest peak rises to 3000 meters above sea level. Right on the border between Minas Gerais and Espirito Santo, it is said that on a clear day you can see the sea 300 km from the summit. Long ignored as a distant outpost producing poor quality and poorly prepared coffees, this terroir quickly caught up and enchants us with its dynamism and the diversity of its terroirs ranging from the incredibly humid to the incredibly dry and dictating thus the preparation of the coffees and the unique complexity of the cups.

Almond milk and macadamia nut body, with blackberry acidity, and caramel sweetness.

All our coffees come in fully recyclable packaging.
