Is one of the oldest and most traditional coffee regions in Honduras. It has become quickly one of the most developed in terms of processes and therefore quality is
very unique. Here a group of smallholders take advantage of high altitudes and Rich Loam soils. Loam soilsl, which are a mix of clay, sand and silt generally contain more nutrients, moisture, and organic matter than sandy soils, have better drainage and infiltration of water and air than silt and clay-rich soils. This geographical combination creates coffee with a very dense bean which in turn gives us intense flavour notes. Big milk chocolate mouthfeel here with sweet brown sugar and cola sweetness. Also notes of walnut whip and hazelnut.
All our coffees come in fully recyclable packaging.
