Around 30 years ago, Jose Efrain made the transition from growing vegetables and timber to coffee production. Initially buying 0.5 hectares of land, today his family run a 33.5-hectare farm just under half of it devoted to coffee. The land has been separated into different smaller farms which are separately owned by Jose and his children, Jose William, Renato, and Santos Arnulfo Diaz. The family use the same farmworkers across all the farms with a rotational work plan. These workers are also employed during the drying of the coffee.

Raspberry acidity, papaya mouthfeel with notes of blueberries no chocolate.
