Varietal: Bourbon, Sarchimor
Process: Washed
Altitude: 17,50 masl

Finca Rumania is Located in Caton el Guineo, El Congo,  Departamento de Santa Ana. It was established as a coffee farm plantation in 1938, by Mr Alfredo Mena Lagos, father of Mrs Julia Rosa Mena de Lima, member of Acatenango the family that runs and operates the business. Coffee from Rumania is processed until the parchment stage in the family-owned mill named Balcanes. Coffee is then processed in different drying methods as required, from very traditional processes dried in clay patios, or using African beds. Balcanes mill is located within a 5 minutes distance from the plantation, which is great for processing as the coffee is processed almost immediately after being cut.

Red apple acidity, panela sweetness and notes of hazelnut
