ZOMBIE RITUAL - Papua New Guinea
Dark Arts Coffee
Papua, Guinea, Kuli Gap
Variety: Typica, Arusha, Bourbon
Altitude: 1600 - 1900 masl
This coffee was grown in the western highland provinces where farms benefit from fertile volcanic soils. Paul Pora’s wet mill only buys ripe ‘picked on the day’ cherries that are either sourced and collected by the mill or delivered by returning trusted smallholders. Paul who has multiple agricultural breeding diplomas also worked for the Coffee Research Institute before moving into coffee production. This experience and education are apparent when tasting coffees from his mill.
Sweet mangos and a banana mouthfeel, notes of sherbet and raspberry. Basically tastes like foam shrimps.
DRINK COFFEE DROP ACID
