Coming from the land that was once part of the Inca Empire, this coffee is grown by the San Fernando co-operative made up of Quechua people. The farmers in this coop work in the Choqesafra valley and use traditional farming methods passed down from their ancestors to grow while respecting and caring for their environment. The coffees are grown under shade covering with close attention paid to the health of the soils and irrigation to help the coffee trees thrive.
Dark chocolate mouthfeel with a caramel sweetness and notes of gingerbread and lemon.
All our coffees come in fully recyclable packaging.
