We’re really excited to offer you these three coffees. The same Bourbon coffee is processed in 3 ways coming from Finca El Papayal which sits 280 miles from the San Salvador Volcano in Las Brisas and is owned by Dr Mauricio Cantor. As well as various fauna to be found on the farm are 200 year old Aloe trees of a variety used for mezcal. These trees are 5 metres tall and act as a shade for the coffee trees below them.

Washed (WILLOW) - Juicy with loads of plum stewed fruits and buttery mouthfeel

Natural (BUFFY) - Milky, velvety mouthfeel with heavy Praline notes that linger and a soft raspberry acidity

Honey (XANDER) - Sweet apple acidity, Chocolate orange, peach and plum notes
