We're real excited that Ethiopia is back in season. It always provides such recognisably different profiles to anywhere else. From the Guji zone in Oromia - just south of Sidama another region famous for high quality coffee - and just north of Kenya. This coffee comes from various small holders who brought their cherries to be processed at a station in the village Haro Wachu. Floral notes, parma-violet sweetness, cherries and a nectarine acidity.
