This coffee is from a group of 20 smallholders in a co-op of 93 in the north of Mbozi and uses nearby Nangoza river to process the coffees. Unlike a lot of Tanzanian farmers, this group has a good set-up, including a good pulper that can pulp 1 ton every hour and a half. This fast process negates the need to ferment the coffees instead of being immediately washed then put on drying beds. Expect notes of Tangy rhubarb acidity, nectarines, and a compote texture.
