Roasting and processing times
We roast to order from Monday to Friday and aim to process and dispatch your order the same working day (Mon-Fri) if the order is placed before 12PM and the next working day if the order is placed after 12PM. Click & collect orders are eligible for same-day pick up if orders are placed before 12PM.
There are delays in processing during holidays and sales promotions; please contact us if you need more information about the shipping of your order.

Free tracked next day shipping for UK orders over £30 & free tracked shipping for US orders over £40. 

Shipping to the UK
We offer Click & Collect, local bike delivery, DPD Next Day/Two Day, Royal Mail 2nd class and Royal Mail 48H tracked services.

Rest of the world
Please note that all international parcels will have customs duties and taxes applied. This is not included in the order cost or shipping fee and will have to paid by you, the recipient of the parcel. These fees are dependent on the item, the value and the country of destination - we are not able to adjust or eliminate this amount as it’s not charged by us. 

Europe (including the Republic of Ireland), US and the rest of the world: Royal Mail Standard / Royal Mail Tracked / DHL Express

Subscription shipping
Subscriptions are shipped in letterbox friendly packaging with Royal Mail 2nd class service, 1kg subscriptions are dispatched with DPD next day delivery.

Returns 
If you’d like to return your item for a refund, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the reason for return. Returns must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn/unused and in the original packaging. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods. Although we’re unable to accept returns for coffee, if you’re unhappy with your purchase please let us know and we’ll try to help you the best way possible.  

Exchanges
If you’d like to have your order exchanged, please get in touch stating your name, order number, the reason for exchange and the item (with the size if applicable) you’d like it exchanged for. Exchanges must be made within a 30 day period starting from when the order was received and the item must be in the same condition you received it. Please note that exchanges will be subject to assessment and dependent on the level of current stock. We will not cover the delivery cost of returning unwanted goods but will cover the shipping cost for sending out the new item.

Damaged goods
If the item is faulty or damaged, please get in touch stating your name, order number and the condition of the item. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible to arrange a replacement, refund or to discuss other viable alternatives.
