We started working with Edelmira exporters last year getting 2 coffees from them including one from FInca Nuevo Mexico. This year we were excited to get our hands on their great coffees once again. This lot is also from Nuevo Mexico. TInside the EL Triunfo nature reserve, Chiapas Ricardo and his family run this 50 hectare farm using the principles of agroforestry. Once the coffee is picked it is milled and dried on the farm with some of the best equipment in Chiapas. Mexico is an important origin for us here at Dark Arts, the often overlooked region has so much to offer and the tradition, especially within the indigenous community, of biodiversity and agroforestry
